FRANCE & HK DIGITAL DESIGN DAY @POLYU

What is the role of Design and Innovation in society post-2020? In the era of AI, explore how Design intermingles with new technologies to enhance the Design Process, and be effective in driving human-centred design towards strong social impacts.  

To tackle this multi-faceted issue, the School of Design (SD) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), the Consulate General of France, and Campus France, in partnership with three leading French institutes of design, image and sound (3is - International Institute of Image & Sound, Ecole de Design Nantes Atlantique, The Sustainable Design School), are organizing a keynote session and two panel discussions with prominent industry and academic representatives to discuss key themes in Social Innovation and Interactive Media & Animation.

A special focus on related new job opportunities, key skills for tomorrow’s design leaders, relevant academic training opportunities, sharing from students and alumni, and students' work will be presented throughout the debates and Q&A sessions.
