He successfully bootstrapped Asia’s first digital platform for emerging fashion designers before launching the local Chapter of Silicon Valley start-up incubator Founder Institute.

He is currently Managing Director for APAC at 55, the data company, helping global advertisers & publishers improve marketing, advertising and sales performance across channels through advanced measurement, analysis and activation of their data assets.

Cedric is an Executive Committee member and Data & Measurement Committee member at IAB Hong Kong (Interactive Advertising Bureau) as well as a regular speaker and panelist at conferences in the region.
